The main office phone will be answered between 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Monday - Thursday.
Counselling Appointments: If you have a regularly scheduled appointment please call your counsellor at their extension through the main office 250-428-5547.
Home Visits: Please call your worker to schedule a phone or video conference. If you don’t not know your worker’s number, please call the main office at 250-428-5547.
Groups: Family Place, Dots to Tots and Cornerstone Clubhouse are postponed until further notice. Plans are underway to provide modified programming in April.
TAPS and Better at Home: Modified services are available to seniors until further notice. If you are a senior who needs help please call the main office at 250-428-5547 or Better at Home at 250-428-5520.
Referrals and Service Requests: If you are requesting service or referring someone to services please contact us via telephone at 250-428-5547 and leave your name and contact number and a time that one of our counselors can reach out to you. Or you can contact us via email at email@example.com and we will do our best to provide remote support options and/or resources.
We will continue to update procedures frequently to determine the most healthful and beneficial course of action as things develop.
The message right now is clear: stay at home if you can for the greater good of all. We understand that phone contact is not the best way of receiving service however, it is important we all do our part to flatten the curve of COVID19 transmission.
