Cornerstone Clubhouse

Using a clubhouse model, this program provides psycho/social rehabilitation for participants who have persistent mental illness. Members are encouraged to take part in the day-to-day planning and operations. Facilitators offer community outings, education, and support good nutrition and positive social interaction.

Referrals are accepted from Adult Mental Health.
