Cornerstone Clubhouse

Using a clubhouse model, this program provides a psycho/social rehabilitation program for participants who have persistent mental illness. Members are encouraged to take part in the day to day planning and operations. Facilitators offer community outings, education, and support good nutrition and positive social interaction.

Referrals are accepted from Adult Mental Health.
