Cornerstone Clubhouse

This program provides psycho/social rehabilitation for participants who have persistent mental illness. Members play an active role in day-to-day planning and operations. Facilitators offer community outings, education, and support good nutrition and positive social interaction.

Referrals are accepted from Creston Mental Health & Substance Use.

There is no fee for this program. Funding is provided by Interior Health.
